Managing a Team Account without a Calendly account

That's a great question! At this time, we do not offer an “admin-only” account option. If you would like the ability to manage a Calendly account or organization without paying for an additional seat, you can configure an owner/admin account that is already in the organization to login using a Calendly-specific password. You can then use that unique password to login on behalf of the user and help to manage the account. Feel free to check out this great Help Center article for info on how to change an account’s login method.

Note: If you are looking to manage a specific team, be sure that the user you are logging in as has permissions to manage the team in question. 

For some background, we recommend that anyone who will be hosting Calendly-booked meetings be added to your organization as an additional user.
