Managing hours for different event types: phone calls and meetings

Hello Friends.

Previously….. I had a variable within Event Types;

Meeting types had a certain set of hours while Phone Calls had a different set of hours.

I would like to avoid having to go into each Event Type to make the changes as that would be incredibly tedious as I have different times for different types of meetings such as in house appointments, remote appointments, and phone calls.

All my Event Types now display the same Meeting hours.

I cannot find the Phone Hours anywhere or any info on how to redo this setting.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Layla16368,

At the moment, hours for different event types are set one by one. You can however apply set hours from another event type under your availability settings. So once you set hours for one event type, you can quickly apply them to others. I’m adding a few pages that cover availability settings in more detail.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for the reply.

Honestly, this task was incredibly tedious and extremely time consuming.

Very displeased with the changes that Calendly has initiated.  And for what reason?!?

Previously I had two options for my hours

1) Office Hours
2) Phone Calls
These no longer exist as far as I can tell.

Going to my phone app, contrary to what the article you sent reads, in Availability, I have only one option: Meeting hours.  Again, my phone call hours have disappeared.

Please convey my frustration and disappointment to the appropriate team.

Seriously SMH as to why this has been implemented.
The previous settings worked very well!
