Does anyone know how I can manage multiple event types in Calendly so that the total number of participants across all events doesn’t exceed a combined limit (e.g., 16 participants), and also handle separate payments for each event type?
Any advice on tracking the total, automatically closing bookings when the limit is reached, and managing different payments for each event type?

There isn’t any way for Calendly to manage a maximum participants across multiple event types yet, but it’s a very interesting idea and I’ll send it on to our Product team for review. Can you tell me more about what you’re looking to do. Wondering if there’s any creative workaround I can come up with!
