I want to use Calendly to schedule interviews between two people - neither of whom are in my company or on my Calendly subscription. We don’t want the interviewee seeing the email address of the interviewer so as to avoid future email contact post-interview.

We want to avoid future contact because sometimes interview feedback is not forthcoming or it is negative. When that happens, roughly 10% of the time, interviewees will reach out directly to the interviewer if they have an email address (which Calendly makes available). That type of outreach creates tension with out clients. We want all communication between interviewee and interviewer coming through us.

How do we setup 3-party meetings but mask emails from participants (other than the host) in Calendly? Or is there a better way to accomplish my goal?

Hi @David83570 - Thanks for reaching out!

I had to do some thinking on this one - But I think the best way to do this would be to use the Group Event Type, this would allow you to sign up multiple people for the same time and hide the contact information from either Invitee. However, you as the host will still be able to see their information. While we don’t have a direct way to do this, I think this is as close as we can get. You can read more on Group Events here: Group Event Types

Your other option is to use Meeting Polls to allow both the interviewer and the invitee to vote on times that work best, then you would select the best time between the two. You can read more about this feature here: Meeting Polls

Let me know if you have any questions on this!
