MASS EMAIL

Hey @DSI75865 - great question! Thanks for posting this topic, and welcome to Calendly Community! 🤗

At this time there is no way to send emails (or any correspondence) to your invitees via Calendly itself, outside of those invitees with upcoming bookings. Workflows are attached to upcoming bookings (to include follow-up Workflows you can set up to send after a booking has taken place). 

If you’d like to email all of your former invitees, here’s what I’d suggest: 

1. Export your past invitee data - you can do this by heading to your “scheduled events > past” tab and clicking the “export” button

   

    
2. Use the data from this export in a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce to send out a mass email, or
3. Use the data from this export to send out an email from your own email provider (Gmail, for example)
