I can have a maximum of 10 invitees at any given time. I have to allow a 2 hour duration for each invitee, but I do not want to schedule in 2- hour increments (I DON”T want ten people from 8-10, another ten from 10-12, another ten from 12-2, etc.). I want to stagger start times in 15 minute increments always making sure there are a maximum of ten invitees at any given time.

If I set 15 minute increments, with a 2-hour duration and a max of 10 invitees, does Calendly keep track of the number of invitees at all times to ensure there are no more than 10 at any given time?

Hi @Mid-State75176. Calendly’s overlap does not work in this way.

In your case, if you set 15 minute increments, with a 2 hour duration. You’ll see the expected at times available every 15 minutes, but as soon as a time is booked the next two hours would be blocked off outside of that original time. For example, if someone booked 2:30, events would be blocked off until 4:30, where someone could book again. Which would cause the outcome you do not want (ten people from 8-10am ect)

Unfortunately, there is not an easy way to workaround this. The only way I could see something like this working is setting the Duration and Increments to 30 minutes and the invitee limit to two. This would keep the invitees to around 10 every two hours, but still enable some more flexibility with the time. You could also include a note in the event description about the exact duration. While it may not look exactly like this, you could configure something similar.

Apologies there isn’t an easier way to go about this. But let me know if you have any questions.
