Maximum bookings per week

I saw numerous posts asking for this feature in the past, which I realize wasn’t happening for a while. This page in the help center on December 10, 2024, though, suggested that the ability to limit events by week had been added. 

 

When I look at my event menus, however, there is nothing for “More options” at the bottom. The menu for limiting max number of events is constrained to day, and the organization of options is not like they described in this post. 

 

Am I just missing something…? Has anyone gotten this to work?

This feature is something we’re working on now, however, to ensure stability, the rollout for this feature is slow, so not all accounts have access to this quite yet.

But keep an eye out, you’ll have access soon enough. 🙂

David, Please tell me we’ll have this soon as well! We love your service, but right now I’ve got four podcast recordings scheduled in the space of five days and I’m going to have to work over the weekend at my “real job” to make that happen. I mean, being too popular is a good problem to have, but I’m tired already… :) Thanks!

Thanks for the update - it’s extremely confusing to see that in the general user’s guide without indication that it’s only on a limited number of accounts. The link below also seemed like it was referring to all accounts (rather than a subset of those account types). My UI does not look anything like this, though, and I cannot find any information on how to access a more updated version. Is there a way to do so, or some way to know when this feature will be available on my account?

Hi all, 

I don’t have information on when exactly this will be available to all users - We’re still ensuring the stability of the release before its released to all users, however our product updates page will have some more information on this soon, so you can keep an eye on this page as well: https://productupdates.calendly.com/

There is not a way to manually switch over to it at this time, but this should be rolling out over the course of the next couple months. If I find anymore information on this I’ll let you know.

Additionally, they can be set per event type as well as per host. Setting per host is a new feature we are very excited to announce.
