I have the free plan, when someone books a meeting on my calendly, I am getting an email with meeting details but not calendar invite meeting so I cannot add it to my calendar. I thought it was the thunderbird client but I check googlemail client on Android and it is the same thing.
Can someone help me to understand what I need to do please?

Your issue might be that the free plan only sends email confirmations, not calendar invites. Make sure your Calendly is synced with your calendar under "Integrations" in settings. If synced and still not working, try re-syncing or contact Calendly support.

issue might be? That’s not helpful but thanks… as far as I am aware free plans send also meeeting invites otherwise why use calendly at all, then better use Cal. I used to get meeting invites but I am not getting it anymore, I have just an email confirming that a meeting was created. Can someone tell me with certainty what the issue is please?

Hey @FM04428!

Free accounts have access to send calendar invitations - but in your case, I would also check your Calendar Connection here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars

You may want to disconnect it, then reconnect it again, then test a new booking to see if an event is created. Let me know if this works, or if the same behavior occurs.
