Can the client update the location of a meeting without canceling and rescheduling? We have the option for our meetings to be in-person, by phone, or by Zoom, but once the location is picked it cannot be changed. Sometimes our clients need to change from in-person to Zoom or vice versa but they cannot do that through an existing appointment scheduled. Is there something in the works to add this feature? Or is it there and I am not seeing it?

That's a great question!

When you have an event type with multiple location options as you have mentioned, your invitees will be able to “reschedule” the meeting for the same date and time using the Calendly provided reschedule links in order to select one of your other available location options. I’ve recorded a quick video for you to demonstrate this, shown below.
