I created a 'Meeting poll' event for my team of 6 people, but after only 2 people voted, the event was closed. The other 4 people couldn't vote, and a meeting was also scheduled with one of the voted times. Did I set up the meeting poll incorrectly? How can I ensure that everyone on the team votes before closing?

There are two things that will cause a meeting poll to close: booking a meeting time (the meeting poll creator and any co-host can do this) or the offered times have past and therefore the poll link has expired. Since a meeting time did get scheduled, that indicates that someone did click “Book meeting time”. Any chance you set a co-host that might have done this accidentally?
