I currently offer times that I can meet with stakeholders, and they can choose to meet via Zoom or Phone Call. I am on the East Coast and offer some 9pm times to be accessible for our West Coast folks - is there a way I can set evening meetings to NOT have the Zoom option, and only the phone call option (since I am not in the office)?
Hi
Great question. I could see two ways of making this happen, but will admit one of them puts more responsibility on the stakeholder.
First up, you could allow the stakeholder to select the location of the meeting - either Zoom or phone call. If you put a note in the event telling them they need to do that depending on time, that might be enough. But you know your stakeholders best!
Alternatively, you could use a routing form that directs the invitee to either your primary hours event (Zoom) if they say they’re meeting during the day or your secondary hours event (phone) if it’s outside of your normal hours.
Hope this helps!
