Meetings that start at the 45 minute mark of the hour

In this case, you would need to configure it like so:

• Set your Start Time Increments to 60 Minutes (This is found under your Event Settings > Scheduling Settings)
• Adjust your Availability for this event to start on 8:45 (This way, in conjunction with the Start Increments, it will show availability on the 45 mark of the hour)
• Set the duration of the event to 15 minutes.

In the end, it should look something like this:
