Hello,

 

One of my clients has added an incorrect email address. When I try to edit it, the box is greyed out. I’ve created a new contact with the correct details in but then if I do this, how do I add an existing booking into it?

Hi ​@James15272 - The ability to merge contacts is something our team is working on, but not available just yet. So this will be something you can do in the future!

In the meantime, you can try going to the event in your meetings page, and changing the invitee email under the meeting details. Let me know if this works!
