How can I take a current individual professional account that I have had for work, and merge it with the existing team account that the company has? I used to need a separate team and branding from the rest of the company but not anymore. I am unable to join the team with my work email through the invite they sent, though, because I am technically still in another account. I cancelled the subscription, but it’s still active until Aug. I have contacted support twice since last Thurs, but no answer yet. So I’m wondering if anyone here knows if this is possible without support intervention.
