Hello,

I am configuring my Calendly to allow my customers to book their pottery workshop online. I already had customers registered before the slots were set up and published on Calendly. How can I add these registrations to the online dates so that the number of available slots can be updated?

Thank you for your answers.

Hi @Léa43435!

Were the customers registered through a different event or the same event (ie, a group event that needs to have capacity modified now)?

If it was through a separate event, I’d recommend registering the customers on behalf of themselves and cancelling the original event. If there is payment involved, you might want to make the event secret for a moment, temporarily disable payment, get them all registered, and then make the event public again.

If it was through the same group event and you’re not seeing the capacity change, this community topic here should help get that fixed:

If neither of these apply, let us know and we’ll be happy to help further!

Hello Jillian, thank you for your message.

I took private reservations for customers, as i don’t have an online registration device for the moment. They suscribed to events that i want to share on Calendly, as i still have some places availables.

Indeed, i already collected deposits from those people.

I would like to know if i can update the number of applicant, indicidually for each dates i published on calendly.

I don’t know if that is clear, it feel complicated to explain it in english, as its not my mother tongue :)

Hi @Léa43435 - Thanks for reaching back out.

Since you already collected deposits, another option you can use is by booking them manually through the contacts page here: https://calendly.com/app/contacts/user/me

If the user is not a contact already, you can select the Book Meeting button and select the group event to register them for that event - It also avoids having to pay an additional time!

Let me know if you have any questions!
