My company has existing Calendly users with their own accounts. I see that when I add these team members to my Standard account as new seats, their meeting URLs stay exactly the same. Are they clear to cut off billing on their side? Will their meeting URLs still be valid when billing renews, or do I need to make their URLs match my existing account’s?

Hi ExpatsiBrett,
When an account accepts an invitation to join an organization, it will maintain all booked events as well as account settings and scheduling links that are specific to that account. If you’re members have any shared or team event types in their original account, these will not transfer over. Since you mentioned they are independent accounts, they may not have team or shared events and might not impact them.
