Moving events from a personal calendar to a team calendar

Hello, 

My team has recently grown and events that were once set up as round robin, but only included one member are showing up on that individuals calendar. I need to add them to a team calendar so others can view the event and the associated scheduled meetings without them being added into the round robin.

Hi Courtney!

At this time there is no way to clone/transfer event types from one user’s account to another. Event types “live” where they are created.

However: 

  • you can create a Team Page and create team events there, assigning/removing hosts at will
  • you can create Admin Managed Events and assign/remove hosts at any time
