Multi Day Group Event

Hello! I am looking to create a group event for a training I am hosting. The training is a two day training. When people purchase the training through calendy is there a way to ensure they get the calendar invite and additional information for both days of the training? 

For example: Clients would get reminder emails for the first course day. The following course day is the following week. Is there a way to ensure clients are getting the reminder emails before eat second class or would they need to register for the second day separately?

Hi @Jaycee15331!

We don’t currently have the ability to do multi-day events, so I’m thinking it might be best to leverage a redirect after booking to a second secret event.

Here’s how it would work:

  1. Invitee books Day 1 of the event and pays for the training.
  2. At the confirmation page, they’re redirected to Day 2 of the event - a secret event with no charge!
  3. Invitee books Day 2 of the event.

If you have any users who don’t follow through and book the second day, you can also do it on their behalf.
