Multiple Brands

We have Essential plan that allows 1 seat though I am not sure what is meant by “seat”. We want to use same account on multiple websites. Though we can use the calendar links on different sites but each calendar picks up the branding/logo from the profile. My question is if we upgrade to another plan then can we use different branding/logos on different calendars?

Hey there @BloxBytes52845 -- thanks for your post!

Breaking it Down

Our “Legacy” Essentials plan (no longer available for purchase) is for solo-users, yes. The term “seat” here at Calendly essentially means that there’s a “spot” for you on the plan. Other plans currently available to purchase, like our Teams plan, allow for multiple “seats” to be purchased. This means you could purchase five additional “seats” and then invite five users to utilize them on your plan. Then, if one user left, the “seat” would remain, and you could invite a new user to take the old user’s place. You can read more about our plans, pricing and features on our Pricing Page! Note: an annual subscription will result in a 20% discount for all paid plans!

Hope this helps make sense of things in that regard!

As far as branding goes, yes and no. Every individual Calendly account can have one avatar. That said, if you have a Teams plan with multiple users, you can create a Team Page for each instance of branding that you need to set up. Each Team Page can have its own avatar, as well, and you can set up event types on each Team Page for each website that you’d like to post on. I’ll share some more info on setting up team pages and team events, below!

Team Page + Team Events

We have plenty of resources for you to learn about creating a team and setting up team events! The first step is adding your desired team members to your account from your Admin Management page. Then, you can set up a team page. Your team page will have all of your events specific to that team: round robin or collective.

Round Robin events will allow your invitees to book an appointment at any time at least one assigned team member is available. Collective  events allow invitees to book an appointment when all assigned team members are available. You can also take advantage of Admin Managed Events and Shared Event Types! Click all of the hyperlinks to learn more about each of these features. Keep in mind: you cannot create a true one-on-one ET on a team page, but you can use a Round Robin or Collective event as a one-on-one.
