Can we set up multiple email reminders and/or multiple text messages within the same Workflow?
The Workflow does not allow me to send an initial email to the client upon the scheduling of an event, then a follow-up email reminder an hour before the event starts.

Hi @Drew43418, the long and short of your answer is YES! You can create multiple actions within the same workflow. Alternatively you could create multiple workflows and apply them to the same event. The choice is yours on this one. For multiple actions in the same workflow there is a button on the bottom of your workflow. See below. That is your key to adding more actions to a single workflow.
When I click on that Add Action section I don’t see where I can set when that next action happens. It looks like they’ll get two emails 24 hours before the meeting. I’m missing something. Thanks!
Hi @SuzanneGriefCoach - In this case, you might want to create a seperate workflow to set a new time when the reminder would be sent.
For context, the Add Action button would allow you to send a text and email reminder at the same time. But if you wanted to send out reminders 48 & 24 hours before the event, it would require another workflow.
