Hello,

Is it possible to accommodate multiple events in a calendar widget?
Example: A calendar, customer can choose (by dropdown or similar) for which event he wants to register for.

Thank you very much.

Hi @Marvin58383!

Of course! You can copy a page that displays all of your events under your account by copying your public events page here:

Additionally, if you don’t want specific events to appear here, you can make them secret, This will hide the event from your main scheduling page, and only make it available to invitees with whom you share the event type's link.

Let me know if you have any questions!

hey, @David

Thanks for the help. Is it possible to group different events? I have 3 main services that are each divided into 10 sub-services. I don't always want to have all 30 events in one calendar, but 3 calendars with 10 events each. Is that possible? Thank you very much

Hi @Marvin58383!

Unfortunately there would not be away to do this through a single-user account in Calendly, but there are a couple of workarounds you can explore:

  1. If you have a website, I’ve seen some users combine events through embedding it on specific website pages, then sending links to those events.
  2. To do this through Calendly, you would need to add an additional user to your account to get access to Team PagesTeam pages allow you to better segment your events, so you’d be able to group specific events together, instead of displaying them all on one page. You can read more on this here: How to set up a team page
