Multiple language support for a single event type

Hey there @Clyde12332 - thanks for your post, and great question!

At this time there is no way to set up an event type in multiple languages for invitees to choose from. That would be a fantastic feature, so I am going to include your post as product feedback this month.

💡 Workarounds 

📌 In the meantime, the best way to achieve your goal will be to: 

• Clone your original ET (one for each desired language)
• Change the language/s of the clone/s

📌 Then, you can: 

• Share Your Calendly Link to your landing page so that invitees can select from all event types, or
• Create a routing form 
  • ask a question such as, “what language do you prefer to book in?”
  • route invitees to the appropriate event type from there

📌 Alternatively:

• Use our Customize Once and Share tool to create single-use link events out of an existing event
  • you can update the language for this single event/link and send to one invitee
  • you can do this as many times as you need
