I am want to send out an invite to all staff that they can chose a time to meet. However when I send it out if a person takes a time it does not allow for anyone else to take any other time. It only seems to work to send the invite to one person to chose a time not multiple people.

It sounds like you are using One-Off meetings. This is how those function. If you want to create a meeting that can be re-used you would need to set up an Event Type. Check out these guides to setting up your Calendly account so that you can get the most out of our features:
