Mutliple schedule availabilty disappeared

Hello all,

I need your help. Since two days, in my Calendly, the two schedules I had created for my availability have disappeared. I had two schedules that were different from each other so that I could arrange my calendar for different types of events. But now these have disappeared and only the default calendar is available. I have a professional annual subscription. Is this a bug or has something changed in the subscriptions?

Hi ​@Yoomi - It looks like you already found another thread that answered your question. But yes, creating multiple schedules is no longer a feature at this time. Instead, you’re able to create a default schedule/date-specific hours and apply it to any events you’d like. However, any event-specific changes would need to be made through the event directly. We’ve updated the UI for the event editor as well - so its much easier to make these changes in your account!

I’ve gone ahead and forwarded your feedback to our product team as well. They’ll be able to review it from here. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi ​@David  thank you for your quick reply. After copying a schedule to another event and then making a change to my availability in the original event, is this automatically updated in the other event I copied my schedule to? Or do I then have to copy my adjusted availability to the different events again?

Hi ​@Yoomi - In this case the update does not happen automatically, so you would need to re-apply it to any events you’d like to copy to/from after making the changes.

Hi ​@Yoomi! Circling back here to let you know that you can create additional schedules again. This thread was an important part of our decision to change this feature.

FYI - You can also find and apply former schedules to events by selecting the dropdown arrow on your Availability page.
