My availability is open, but not available to clients

I have my hours of availability set from 9-4, M-Thurs and 9-1 on Friday. For some reason, my calendar only shows 2 hours available on Mon and Thursday (9AM and 10AM). Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are accurate. There is nothing on my google calendar or in my Calendly settings that would blocking out any of the times on Monday or Thursday that I can see. 
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi ​@ResuMAYDAY! A couple things we can check here: 

  • First, you can follow this guide and use Calendly’s Troubleshooting tool to see what error codes its showing for specific times. You can follow this guide here: How to use Calendly's Troubleshoot Tool
    • These codes will be anywhere from CALENDAR, EVENT, OVERLAP ect.
  • If these codes show CALENDAR (which is the most common) you can check your One-off Meeting page to see what events specifically Calendly is picking up. The one off meeting page will display a Calendar with any events from your connected Calendar. You can access this from your main page by selecting +Create, then One-off Meeting:
  • Lastly, I’d recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your connected Calendar, essentially, this will help refresh the connection and clear out any events that might of not been fully deleted.

Thank you so much for your reply and advice! I was able to figure out the problem, and wouldn’t have without you. I found a behind-the-scenes problem with my google calendar that I have NO IDEA how to fix, but that’s tomorrow’s problem.
