Can someone please assist me with this issue:

I've made no changes to my events; however, now I am seeing that under preview and even when I use the Calendly link, it no longer shows available event dates/times to book.

Troubleshooting is not fixing the issue. I have also logged out and logged back in /toggled on and off.. and checked Zapier integrations to see if that was affecting things. Doesn't seem to be an issue elsewhere. How do I get this Calendly back up and running so I don't lose business. Thank you.

Hi @Cali_Lawyer!

I just took a look at your event (through the link you’d share with an invitee) and it looks like there are openings throughout January which looks like a significant improvement over the screenshot you shared. Were you able to resolve your issue? If not, let us know and we’ll gladly help!

Hi There Jillian,

I am also experiencing this same issue. Can you please assist.

Thank you,

Ivan.

Hi @Ivan02033 - Thanks for reaching out, sorry that you’re running into this as well!

For starters, can you try using the Availability Troubleshooting Tool on your booking page? This allows you to see specific reasons why dates/times are not appearing on the booking page. The button will look like this:

Just click it, then select a date to see any errors.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

That didn't help. What is was I had put notes in my Android phones calendar and it's connected to calendly and that's why the whole month was unavailable. How this got connected I dont know. How do you disable that?

Hi @Ivan02033 - By default, when Calendly checks your connected calendar for conflicts, it will block any times that have a busy event booked over that specific time. However, you can control what calendars are checked for conflicts by going to your connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

You can adjust which specific calendars and sub calendars are checked - But still have events added to your calendar automatically.

As an alternative, you can set any events in your android calendar to free and Calendly will ignore those events.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you David!
