My Google calendars are not syncing at all

Hi team

I’ve followed the steps to connect both my Google calendars to Calendly (and, yes, I’ve disconnected and reconnected them). It says in the Availability section that it’s ready (see below). However, my meetings sections shows a blank, even though there’s multiple meetings in both calendars already.

Can you please support?

One way you can check this is by using the troubleshooting tool on your booking page to see if Calendly is spotting any conflicts: 

 

Keep in mind, the feature that allows you to see your Google Events on your meetings page is still being rolled out to customers. So if you don’t see it now, you should see it soon!

I am having the same issue.. after several attempts and restarting each calendar each time, my google calendar is not syncing to my Calendly. I don’t have the troubleshooting option on my booking page. I also don’t have the chatbot option as described. 

Please advise.

Hi ​@Misti47215 - When you say Restarting Each Calendar are you disconnecting the calendars individually? Or something different? If not, I would recommend removing each calendar as a connection, then connecting it again to test it.

I’d also make sure your events on your calendar are marked as Busy, if they are marked as free, Calendly will not pick them up as conflicts.

One of the things that I think is SUPER confusing is that when I look at “Availability” it shows what times I’ve said I’m available to book meetings in general. It does not show any meetings that I have currently scheduled or booked on my calender.  HOWEVER, when I go to the bookings page and I go to book a meeting it will factor in when I have meetings and remove the times in those windows when I already have meetings on my calendar. So I don’t actually see the meetings in calendly itself, but the booking mechanism is taking them into account.  Perhaps that is what other people are encountering as well. Or perhaps there is an issue.

Hi ​@Kim67556 - Appreciate the feedback here.

We’re working on some improvements to allow for meetings from your Calendar to appear on the meetings page, so keep an eye out for that!

But yes, at this time your availability page is only where you set the hours you’d like to be booked. It does not show any other meetings from your calendar. From there,  your booking page will combine your availability and your calendar to only show times you’re free.
