For some reason, I am not able to sync my calendar any more. Why cant I sync my calendars?

You should be able to connect your calendar over on the connections page: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

Are you getting any errors when you try to connect this? If you take any screenshots of it, I can dig into it a bit more.


Hi David and thanks for your response. I had to reinstall the plug-in and it seems to be syncing now, but it’s not picking up items already scheduled on the Calendly dashboard. They are telling me that it only will sinc itmes moving forward and not the items that are still in the past but were scheduled prior to the sync, which doesn’t make sense and if it’s on the calendar already and the event is in the future why wouldn’t it pick it up in the sync?
