Every time I attempt to update my profile and branding, I get a pop up that says there is an error and that I need to check my connection. I have tried this over several days and continue to get the same error messagel I have my laptop plugged in and have a FULL wifi connection. I even upgraded to a paid account thinking it was some sort of trick. That didn’t help. I want this fixed since it is unprofessional to have my old company logo public facing. Please help!

Do you have a screenshot of what you’re seeing, what is the error message you’re seeing?
If you try adjusting it from a different browser, does it allow you to adjust the profile and logo?

Just to confirm, is this happening in any other Web browsers by chance? Do you still see this error if you use something like an incognito window? Let me know!
I was able to make it work in the incognito window. Do I need to use incognito every time I want to use Calendly? That is not very convenient.

You shouldn’t need to use it each time, just helps us get to the bottom of some issues. In this case, it points to one of two things:
This could also be caused by an extension like Google translate, you can try disabling it for a short time to see if it occurs on a normal browser window.
