Hi, 
I am completely lost.

People book from my Calendly to book a call with me but they do not get any link call.

Me neither. 

I just receive a notification a person has booked a call with me. 

Now the point is that I tried to connect my Google Calendar with my Calendly, but I do not understand what I am still missing because it does not work. Could you assist please?

What links are you expecting? Are you looking for a Zoom or Google Meet link? Or are you calling these invitees? I would also make sure you set a location on your events as well:

What links are you expecting? Are you looking for a Zoom or Google Meet link? » My clients go click on my Calendly, they book an available slot and book a call, and after they confirm they do not receive any gmeet link. 

 

Me neither: I just get notified over email that someone has booked a slot - a call but not my client neither I receive the gmeet link.

Can you please assist?


Hm, very interesting. Do you by chance have another Calendly account that you use? If you don’t see any meetings on the meeting page, that means the event notifications you’re seeing don’t belong to that account.

Essentially, the events are added to the meetings page (https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me) first, then you’re notified by email. You can also Check the Past Tab to see if they’re there as well!
 



I’d recommend sending a screenshot of your booking confirmation to support@calendly.com and explain what is going on. They’ll be able to dig into it from there without you having to post those pictures to a public form.

Of course, I’m happy to help in anyway I can. But I would check to see if these are under a different account first.

Thanks for your advice, that’s what I have done and they hopefully will get back to me shortly. I have received an automatic reply to be notified a human agent will get back to me.
