I reset my available hours - Calendly marked them as saved and they are correct in my Availability Default Schedule page - but the old hours are still showing as available when I send my link or “add times to email”. I refreshed the page several times and also logged out of Calendly and back in. It is still not working. Any advice? Thank you!

Almost every single time I’ve seen this question it’s because customers have forgotten to apply the default schedule to the applicable events - and honestly I forget about this sometimes too! 

There’s a subtle little ‘Active On’ bit of text on your scheduling page to the top right of the calendar. If it says ‘0 event types’ next to it, your default schedule isn’t applied to any events at all. Click on where it says ‘0 event types’ and apply it to the events you’d like the default schedule to apply to. Thank you for your reply. On my Availability page, it says Active on: 1 event type.

Any other suggestions?

Can you verify it’s applied to the right event(s)? That’s another common culprit.
