Hi @Scott13463 - Thanks for reaching out, we’re actively collecting feedback for the new update.
- This appears to have been removed as well, but I’ll send this over to our product team to ensure if we’re missing something on this.
- In regards to the email addresses, they are now found when you select the contact of the user:

Here, you’ll be given the option to either copy the email, or go right to booking a meeting from these options. If you select Share Availability, it will let you draft an email to send them your availability directly from Calendly.
If you have any other feedback on the update, I’d love to send any of it over to our product team to review.
Thanks Scott!
David, I am not 100% what you are trying to share with your example becuase it does not relate to my question/concern submitted.
- It shows one email address for the Attendee and not one for a Guest. On my end, when I click the section you have in the red square, “Test” in blue you will only see one address in that location and it will be the main Attendee and not a Guest email.
- See my Test appointment below for a future session which for the email addresses of past event show the same, the Attendee is in blue and copyable but the Guest in black is not copyable.
- Also, not sure if you were referring to the “Contact” section of Calendly but only the main Attendee contact information is collected there and not any Guest information.
- Lastly, I don’t want to Share Availability via email, I want to Book a new meeting for the Attendee and Guest which was how the old Schedule For Attendee operated.

Hi @Scott13463 - Thanks for getting back with more information, I had to do some digging on this to see where this feature moved to.
The short answer is that its not yet included in the new meetings tab. Our team is aware and is working on getting this added again!
In the meantime, this feature is available through the Calendly extension, so in the meantime you can view upcoming and past meetings and book follow up meetings from there:

With this workflow, any guests on the original event are moved over automatically.
Is this closer to what you’re looking for? Let me know if you need anything else!
David,
Thank you for your deep-dive in looking for an alternate patch until the full version is built out. I find it interesting a new version would be built, tested, and released without all of the main components of the old version.
I will do a test on a live event that requires to be booked again to ensure all email addresses are present and time zones can be seen, but my initial wall-thru shows that rather than defaulting to the event type being rebooked, you have to select the type of event first in order to move forward. Not the end of the world but definitely an extra step not required in the old version.
