If you’ve checked that the user is assigned, I’d go ahead and click on that give admin consent button in Entra for the application and have them try again. If you continue to run into issues please send us an email to support@calendly.com and include screenshots showing them assigned and we can take a deeper look!

Thank you very much. I made it work in another way, don't know whether this is the right way to go. I added the colleague to a group in Calandly, and all of a sudden he was able to login. But I will have my IT contact check the Entra and then see if that is correct setup.

My understanding is that both adding user to a group which is provided application access OR adding them to the application directly should work. Either way, I’m really happy to hear you’ve got things resolved. Have an awesome week!
