Not able to access my paid for service

I've received confirmation of my payment for the Professional plan, and I have the receipt. The upgrade was through a human agent, who promissed me my account would go back to active/normal (I had the legacy Professional monthly plan.

The payment was processed, I'm still a free user, and all my support tickets are marked as solved even though it's far from that.

I supposed to be able to access the live chat for support, but the system isn't giving me the option, since it's not recognizing me as a paying customer. 

What should I do???? It's very frustrating the fact that I'm paying for something I'm not able to use at all, and they are just ignoring me without giving me my money back or stopping the payments. Would be great not to have to talk to a lawyer because of 15 bucks/month….

Since you have the receipt, I’d recommend emailing this over to billing@calendly.com so our team can look into this further, and to see why it wasn’t applied to your account. They’ll be able to correct any issues from there!
