Where can I enter an email address in the properties of a Calendly appointment that will be notified as soon as an appointment is made. This email address should not be invited itself and it should not be displayed to the invitee. It can be a “BCC’d” slack channel email adress for example and it is only for reporting purposes for appointment bookings.

Hi @Manuel32226!

Great question and one we get quite a bit actually. My favorite solution so far is to use an email filter with forwarding which you can learn more about here. It works really well! Otherwise, you can also look into using Zapier as they’ve got a Calendly trigger that fires on all new events created either by user or org.

Hope this helps!
