We use the round robin feature to allow 4 employees to book meeting with our clients. But I am the admin and I do not get automated alerts of bookings.Any feedback or suggestions on how either through Zapier or other strategies, our org can receive an email or slack notification for every booking regardless of which employee the client books with? We need the alert to do manual phone calls to clients.

Hey @finEQUITY.org60020,

Oh we can definitely help with this!

So you were right to start thinking about Zapier. There’s an action you can selected called ‘Invitee Created’ and when used at the org level, it would allow you to do all sorts of things anytime an event is created by someone on your team. You can learn a bit more about it here (ignore the secondary calendar bit; you’d just be pursuing an email instead!):

Another option to consider is having these 4 employees set up an email filter that automatically forwards these events. There’s a great write up on it here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145667-Working-with-multiple-email-accounts-and-calendars#3

Hope this helps!
