How can I know the total number of slots available on a round robin? As some people are schedule on the same time slot, so the information of the booking is not helpful.

At this time there is no easy, at-a-glance way to see how many time slots might be open on a Round Robin Event Type for the reason you mentioned. Several teammates might have overlapping availability, making looking at the booking page sort of a non-starter, here. I am going to mark this as feedback for us to look into as we make improvements!
