I worked  at a company a few years  back.  created   a calendly with that email, but  my calendly link is my actual name.  I am not at that company and want my name back.

in fact, that company doesn’t exist anymore,  it got bought.

how do i go about asking, there seems to be  no way to talk to  calendly direct.

thanks

Sean

Hi @Sean53865,

A very logical request and I’ll admit one I definitely didn’t know the answer to! I did some digging and it looks like our support team likely can help you get your old and new accounts in order. I believe it’s a matter of them either changing your old URL so it frees it up for you now or changing the old email address to new. They’ll have guidance on the best approach if feasible.

I just looked and I see you submitted a ticket a little earlier today, so that takes out the first step of getting you in touch with them. Our support crew will get to it soon, so make sure you’re prepared to provide your old email address and any other helpful information that verifies you are you!

Thank you Jillian.  I actually don’t know the old email.  i tried to see if I could reset the password on old work emails (evening though I don’t have access) but so I can see if it is  registered in the system.  they all came  up with not being there.

So all I know is that it is taken or not available, which I assume means it is still associated with an old email/account.

Thanks

I wouldn’t worry about it quite yet. I did a quick search earlier and was able to quickly find another account that shared the same name as you. If you’re able to verify the old domain name and the Calendly URL when asked in that ticket, that will be something to start with.

awesome, i definitely have  some ideas, (ie all my past jobs/companys).

I  will wait to hear back from them.

thanks again
