Hello dear Calendly community!

I’d like to setup an event (“we appraise your car”) for our two locations.

The event type & description are the same, but I would like the user to choose from one of the locations. This in itself is possible, but the problem is that the two locations run on two different google calendars. It wouldn’t make sense if user 1 would book a time slot at location 1 and user 2 wouldn’t be able to book the same time slot at location 2.

Is there a workaround for that?

Currently I use two seperate calendly calendars. It would be way easier if we had to implement only one on our webpage. I wouldn’t have a problem with paying for two seats since two different calendars are used.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @ap1 - Thanks for reaching out!

Theres a couple ways we can go about this:

  1.  The first is our new Book Over Meetings feature. This allows you to set specific events that can be booked over in the same time slot. This way, you can allow more than one booking so both locations can be booked. You can read more on this here: Book Over Meetings
  2. The second is a little more foolproof. With this, you’ll want to add a second user/seat to your account for the other location. With this, you can create an event specific to each location, to ensure the same location doesn’t get booked twice over. From there, you can follow this article to setup a Team Page to allow your invitees to choose the location, then book a date and time. How to let invitees choose their host

From there, you can embed your Team page on your website, that can populate with either calendar! You can follow the instructions here for:
