Is there anyway to send a reminder to a client when I’ve set up a One-Off meeting?

Hey there @Barry72618 - great question!

There is currently no way to set up Workflows or reminders for One-Off Meeting types - I am sorry to say!

However - one way to work around this would be to instead use a one-on-one event type you’ve already created and then use our Customize Once and Share tool. This allows you to make any changes you need to a one-on-one event and then share a single-use link with a single invitee. So, you are effectively creating a one-off meeting (of sorts).

Edit to add: you might want to cancel any one-off meetings you’ve sent if you are replacing them with the one-on-one event invites after using “customize once and share” --- I want to make sure you know how to do that, just in case! (If you want to move forward with your already-created one-off meetings and then use the “one-on-one/customize once and share” suggestion later, that’s also fine! - just keep in mind you cannot edit any one-off meetings once they’ve been created/invites have been sent.) 

To cancel a one-off meeting, head to your “scheduled events” tab > “pending” for any one-off invites you’ve sent that have not already been booked - this is where they “live” until the invitee books a time. One-off meetings that have been booked should show up under “scheduled events” tab > “upcoming.”
