I wanted use the on-line chat yesterday, however, when I tried to do this I got the following message:

“The chat is experiencing technical difficulties and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again shortly.”

I tried again today and got the same message.

I cleared my browser of cookies etc. and even tried a different browser but I still get the same message.

So sorry you are having issues reaching support. I’ve been chatting with them and they asked if you could take a screen shot of what you see when you click on the support icon on the lower left of your home screen.

I don’t get the same screen you showed. 

This is what mine looks like:

 

One thing - I am on a legacy Professional licence plan.  I don’t want to upgrade to the Teams Plan (I work on my own and not in a team) but want to keep the Professional plan, as it works well for me.

 

The question I was going to pose through the chat was about changing my billing from Paypal to a credit card, which I don’t seem to be able to do.

I’ve been talking to support and this might be a browser cache issue. Can you try logging in to Calendly through Private/Incognito browser window and attempt to open support chat?
