I have 2 event types (1 online, the other in real life). For just a few weeks a year my clients should only be allowed to choose the online event. Can that be done?

Yep, we can definitely help you with that.
In the event that you need to not be available for a few specific weeks, you’ll want to create a separate working schedule just for this event. Then pick the dates you aren’t available for that type of meeting in ‘Date Specific Hours’ and mark them as unavailable. You can find some more info on that here.
