Only show second day availability if first day is booked already.

I travel for work and set appointments for the city I’m going to on Thursdays. I’d like to open up Fridays to being able to be scheduled as well, but only if Thursdays have a booking already. Is this possible within the settings.

Hey @Brandon17068!

Thanks for reaching out about this. At this time Calendly does not have a way to automatically open availability when another day is booked up, there would be two ways to workaround this, albeit it would require some manual work:

  • You can add this time in Calendly after Thursday is booked
  • You can configure both days to be open, but add a Calendar event to Friday to block off that date - Once Thursday is booked, you can remove the event for Friday to open that time. This would prevent some more manual work in Calendly.

I was able to find an internal request for this feature, I’ve added this as support. Hopefully our team can add this in the future!
