“oops, something went wrong” when booking

Question

I am at a school and some but not all of my students are getting this error message when they try to make an appointment.

Also, where is the link to live help chat? Without that or a phone number to call, this is extra frustrating.

Hi @GVMS85453! Sorry to hear this is going on!

Since this is happening with some of your students, but not all, I would recommend having them trying from another browser to see if that works - If not, you can contact our support team directly here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They’ll be able to dig into this error further since its a little more urgent!
