Dear team,

 

we have set up Calendly with the standard confirmation page by Calendly after the successful booking of a schedule (see screenshot).

We just realized that once you click on the button “Open Invitation”, Gmail opens up with some search parameters already applied. The latter ones not giving any results at all.

The email with the details from the appointment is there and looks fine, it is just that the “open invitation” link doesn’t really.

Could you please check from your side if that is a global problem?
I would also like to know if there is a way to remove that button? We like the Calendly confirmation page, but that link is not really needed for us. Even more so when it is not working.

Hi Benjamin,

I’m looking into this for you. I thought this would be a fairly straightforward either “yes” or “no” but at this point I’ve got Engineering looking into it. I’ll let you know when I’ve got more info!

Also, was able to confirm that button only shows up when the invitee email address is Gmail.
