Hi,

 

When you want to send a mass email to all past clients, the advice from Calendly was to download the list of clients, and then upload them into your marketing email software.

However, that can only be done if the client has opted-in for the extra messages.

So my question is: When a (new) client signs in for an appointment with me in Calendly, have they had the opportunity to opt-in for additional messages not related to the actual appointment?

At the moment this is not a feature we offer. We currently don’t store information gathered from forms in our contacts area. This is a really good idea however and I’ve marked it as such in our system. I’ll make sure our product team sees this post.
