Organize workflows

Hello,

Is there a way to organize my workflows?…I thought maybe the 3 dots would allow me to do it. It would be nice to be able to move them to see them in the order, before I create one that was already at the bottom of the page.

Hi @Caleb's04135, at this time Calendly doesn’t support the kind of organization system you might be imagining here. No tags or folders in Calendly. Currently, workflows are organized by chronological order.

This is a good idea and I’ve marked it as such in our system. I’ll make sure our engineers see this when they are considering changes to the product. All that said, I know some users have had pretty good success organizing workflows, as well as event types, based on clever naming systems. Once you have all your workflows organized by name you can clone them in the order you want them organized and then delete the original. Not very flexible I realize but something to play with.

I thought about that, but I don’t see where to organize by name.

@Sean Marlin … You said “All that said, I know some users have had pretty good success organizing workflows, as well as event types, based on clever naming systems. I don’t see how to organize by name….can you share how?
