Thank you. Awaiting assistance from support. They are just difficult to get hold of

Hi there! We on the support team are online 24/7 and constantly answering tickets. Do you mind reaching out to us at support via live chat, if you are on a paid plan? If you are a free user - that is okay, too! We are also answering email tickets 24/7. I promise we will answer as soon as your ticket comes up in the queue.

A friend has installed the addon for Outlook 2019.

The bookings from the website (https://www.ibf-sachsen.de/vereinbaren-sie-ihr-telefonat/) also come into his calendar.

Unfortunately, all times are displayed as free, although appointments are available in Outlook.

We have already checked everything possible. What is the best way to go about finding the error?

Hello!

To clarify, first - the Outlook Add-In and Outlook Plugin are two different things.

The Calendly add-in and the plug-in are separate features that have different functionalities.

If you want to share your scheduling links when composing an email in Outlook, then you'll want to use the add-in.

If you're using the Outlook for Desktop option on your Calendar Connection page, then you'll need the plug-in. The plug-in will sync Calendly with your Outlook calendar, so Calendly can read your availability. If you are using a web-based Microsoft calendar, like Exchange or Microsoft 365, you do not need the plug-in.

In short, the add-in is for sharing links and the plug-in is for syncing your availability.

If your friend is using the plug-in and is running into issues, please share this link with them and let them know to walk through the steps. If that does not help, ask them to reach out to our support team to troubleshoot further.

If your friend is using the add-in, show them these steps - and likewise if they are still having issues, please ask them to open a ticket with our support team!
