Theres a couple things we can check here right off the bat:

• Is the event that was overlapped marked as busy? You can see this by clicking on the event in your calendar. Events marked as free will be ignored by Calendly.

  

   

• Do you use any sub-calendars? If so, can you check the are all selected on your Calendar Connections Page? You can find this by selecting Edit next to Check for Conflicts

Could you confirm these two questions? We can assist from there!
