I am having an issue with scheduling appointments where I used to be able to override the calendar availability, now I am no longer able to. It says that override for this event type is controlled by the admin. I am the admin and do not see any settings related to allowing override. 

 

Is this an error or did something change recently that is now limiting my ability to override my current set availability?

I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can dig into this one, this looks a little unexpected especially if you’re already an Owner or Admin in the organization.

I was able to fix it by allowing users to edit the scheduling/booking pages. But that wasn’t how it was set up before. All users were able to override without having access to edit all features of the event type.
